Hacking Countermeasures 2026 aims to introduce you to the fundamentals of hacking resistance. Students will learn how to test computing systems for vulnerabilities, how attackers find weaknesses in a computing environment, and an introduction in how to combat these intrusions and attempts. The course will be scheduled into 4 modules with final assessment.

Assessment

  • Exam pass mark: 50%
  • Time limit: 1 hour
  • Attempts allowed: One
  • Format: 40 multiple choice questions

Hacking Countermeasures 2026 will bring your anti-hacking knowledge up to date and is a great intro subject, a starter for your post graduate journey, or a refresher for those of you who may have taken our previous short course in this area some years ago. Hacking Countermeasures will also refer to the EC Council CEH certification and will give you some initial preparation towards this.
