  • Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the Kingdom of Cambodia, and any judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
  • Either party may seek interim or preliminary relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in Cambodia to protect their rights or property pending the completion of arbitration.
  • Arbitration fees and costs shall be borne equally by both parties unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You hereby submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the competent courts of Cambodia for any matter not subject to arbitration under this Agreement.

Any cause of action you may have with respect to our Website or Services must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action arose, or it shall be forever waived and barred.

5. Limited License

Sahakumit grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use our Website and Services solely in accordance with this Agreement and for your personal, non-commercial purposes only.

This license does not permit you to:

If a Member fails to comply with a request to retract or modify objectionable content within twenty-four (24) hours of notification, Sahakumit may restrict the Member’s posting privileges or terminate the Membership immediately without further notice.

15. Use of Member Content

By posting, displaying, transmitting, or otherwise distributing Member Content on our Website, you grant Sahakumit a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, translate, edit, and reformat such Member Content in connection with the operation of our business. Your Membership shall remain in effect until terminated by you or by Sahakumit. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term herein. Sahakumit’s failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce such provision in the future.

24. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Sahakumit reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments shall be effective immediately upon publication of the revised Terms and Conditions on our Website. Your continued use of our Website, Services, or any products following such publication constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. For the avoidance of doubt, no unilateral amendment shall retroactively alter the dispute-resolution provisions agreed upon for any then-pending disputes, unless both parties expressly agree in writing.
