My name is HEM Tola, and this blog was born from a simple but powerful belief that technology should empower everyone, not just the few who can afford expensive training or consultants.
Over the past 9+ years, I have had the privilege of working across some of Cambodia’s most dynamic sectors from local and international nonprofit organizations to government institutions and private companies. Through roles in general management, leadership, project management, ICT development, computer networking, programming, and management information systems, I have seen firsthand how digital knowledge can transform individuals, organizations, and entire communities.
